Paid $75.15 to have 1 lb package delivered expedited next day air.Did not arrive on day schedule before 10:30am as paid and did not arrive the next day as rescheduled by UPS before 10:30 am.

at 3pm after waiting for package to arrive. I spoke with customer service and was advised that I was being coordinated and driver and manager would call me to get me my package. After 2 hours with no calls, I used the driver app to locate driver and drove 5 miles to get my package when I advised the driver it was to have been delivered on Monday before 10:30 am and today Tuesday before 10:30am his smartass reply was O well. *** poor customer and even worse deliver service.

UPS sucks. Not sure why they get paid so much .

This is a Job even a *** could do if they had a license as it does not take a rocket scientist to do there jobs .*** my 10 year old Grand son delivers better than UPS does and he only has a bicycle.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Very stressful and unplesent, Seeming inefficiency of ups operations, Call center.
