Called yesterday to schedule a pickup for today. Operator scheduled me for a 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM slot.

I figured that works well since I work 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM and worst case scenario, I show up to work a couple minutes late. So 1:01 PM I am on the phone because (shocker!) no one showed up. I was informed that the pickup windows actually mean absolutely nothing. So not only do I have to pay for the pickup service, I had to put my $300 item outside and HOPE it didn't get stolen, and also I'm out another $20 showing up late to work for no reason.

If you're going to have pickup time slots available both online and when calling customer service, USE THEM.

If not, please just get rid of the option entirely. Extremely misleading.
