UPS ARE LIARS AND THIEVES! They, themselves, put it in writing.
The service says "Next Day Air" Guaranteed Overnight Delivery. THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. This service is weather permitting. There is absolutely NOTHING guaranteed from UPS at all, except the fact that they will charge you for Next Day, not be able to deliver, and keep or STEAL, the money you have paid them for a the service that, they couldn't provide.
I understand if weather causes a delay and the service is down graded, but at the same time, the cost needs to be down graded to match the service they were able to provide. If it takes 2 days to get there, that is NOT Next Day Guaranteed. That is 2nd Day Air which is what they should be charging for service. They call it Next Day Guaranteed Service, but in the description, it is anything but that.

I will be happy to send these people an English dictionary, but I will send it via FedEx. If you encounter this error in their system, be sure to call customer service.
Tell them you are only going to pay for what you got from them and do not hang uip until the credit is issued.
If they steal $15.00 from every one of their customers they could pay off the national debt. DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU!!!!!
