The Tracking information showed FED EX, when I eventually contacted someone at FED EX they told me it was a Smart Post Delivery and I need to contact UPS and put a 92 infornt of teh tracking number.

I have now spent the last 90 mins on the phone waiting for a real human.To add "salt to the wound" whilst listening to their recorded information about how great UPS whilst waiting for someone to become available I was suddenly cut off.

I am in back waiting listening to the same " how great UPS is messages", waiting to report and issue with their delivery.I am not confident that I will be successful and it is obvious that this automated system is "cost effective" for the company even though it comes at the expense of pure customer dissatisfaction.

Monetary Loss: $183.

If the original tracking showed FED EX, There is NO WAY IN *** it is a UPS package!!!!FOR dumb!

Smart Post Delivery is through the post office the USPS! Either the FED EX driver, or you are DUMB AS DUMB can be! My money is on you!!!!

Way to blame UPS for you not being able to decifer USPS!!!***!!!
