To whom it may concern;I would like to fill in a complaint letter in regards of your service. I was expecting a parcel on friday 02/02/2013.
I spent whole day in house waiting for delivery that never arrived. I tried to contact the customer service various times but have not received ANY support from them, just reading from the script that my package have not reported for more than 24 hours, and I cant contact anyone to check.
They will not contact the driver or dispatch centre to track the parcel. Worst experience with the shipping company I ever had.
