By looking at the tracking system, I am puzzled with your way of handling my parcel. From Dongguan China to Hong Kong to Taiwan, and now your sg personnel told me it's going to Shenzhen before coming to Singapore.
Customs has been cleared in Hong Kong, and it is now in Taiwan stating that UPS had missed the scheduled transfer time.
Latest update since 12 July: "A UPS error had delayed delivery. We are adjusting plans and working to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible"
Today is already 14 July, with no further updates on a concrete date for delivery.
