I ordered a lot of my son's Christmas gifts though Amazon. I paid for overnight shipping.

The part that were done by Fed Ex arrived today. ALL of the stuff done through UPS sat there, waiting to be picked up by UPS for 3 days. Now, they are saying the 26th or 27th for delivery. They claimed it was a "system glitch" that cause them to not pick up the packages.

I don't believe that. 3 days? Really? Plus, other items I ordered from another company, that shipped via UPS, the same issue seems to be going on.

The original estimated delivery was today, now all of those seem to be for the 27th also. I think from now on I will request that any company I have an item shipped through uses Fed Ex instead.

Monetary Loss: $150.
