They packed a 3000 dollar bronze,cost me 200 bucks to ship it,when it got to new york it was broken. I called the guy at ups who shipped it and he said they only covered 100 bucks worth,,too bad..
NEVER USE UPS AGAIN.. *** service..As a small time sculptor Ineed every cent,3000 dollars cost me DEARLY. Iexpected better service from a company like UPS .Ihad no idea thay had gorillas moving my Fragile package...I will never use them again..
Word of warning ,if it is valuable do not send iy by UPS ,they will destroy it and then not stand behind their damage... Pissed off in michigan....

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
