I have contacted them and discovered that UPS is outsourcing customer issues to Guatemala.UPS used to be the all-American company, but not any more.
I respect people who speak more than one language, but want to speak to someone in the U.S. about my packages. The phone menu is long and the problem was lost in all four conversations I had with the UPS agents. UPS officially sucks.
