Hours upon Hours of searching found direct number to the UPS HUB. HUB Employees admit that they are days or even WEEKS Behind with their deliveries. The have no idea where our package is, or when/if it will ever be delivered. Final straw was their India Call Center agent arguing with me that "Arrival Scam" means that the package has "Left" the sort facility and is in route. Guess they need a little better lesson in English!
