I live in California and I recently ordered a package from a company in Texas who sent it through UPS. The original delivery date was Monday the 6th, now they are telling me Wednesday the 8th.
The package went from Texas to Memphis, TN, then to Nashville, Tn, Roanoke, VA, Laurel, MD, and is currently in Baltimore, MD according to the tracking so far. When I called to ask why my package was sent to the other side of the country instead of a direct route to California. According to what she said, it was shipped using the basic package and that if I had shipped it ground it would have been there in 4 days.
Basic and Ground?? Is there a difference?
