There was three delivery attempt (all around 14:00) when I was at work. Called the customer service number after the final attempt and they told me to pick it up at their depot (20 km away).
When i went to the depot they said the package is still on the delivery truck. Their customer service surely didn't know the package was not at the depot and send me to drive all the way there anyway.
I have received packages by other delivery services and they left it on my back yard or front door when i wasn't home. Why can't UPS do the same?
