I sent a package via UPS store here in Atlantic BLvd. Jacksonville, Fl.

The package never made it. It was sent to Puerto Rico on October 29, 2015. UPS store decides to send it via USPS. They say I have to talk to USPS.

USPS says I have to talk to UPS. Well after fighting on the ping pong table I decided to ask UPS if they can honor the postage for me, at least. They sent me back to USPS, telling me it was their problem..

AGAIN! My response was them to keep my 61 dollars that I paid for my lost item and use it for Holloween on their kids.

By golly! I will never use UPS store again..................ever!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $98.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: People are locals all are freinds.
