Package has arrived one week later. Opened but no damage to the laptop

Expected delivery on September 11, 2018 then received email that delivery will be delayed by one business day. Next day I called and confirmed delivery address.

On September 13 was waiting package all day and when I checked email it said that package was delivered but I never received it. When I called customer service for an explanation and to find our where my package was delivered to they said that cannot tell me that. They need to do an investigation.

I hardly believe that anybody who took that package (it was a new laptop) would give it back. So it is 4 days now past my scheduled delivery and no updates.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1610.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
