Shipped Package on Tuesday July 14th using UPS Next Day Air AM delivery from WA State to LA CA and the package was lost before 7am on Wednesday July 15th.The delivery time was missed.

Since they missed the time frame I had them redirect for delivery by Friday to the second location. Delivery time missed again. Package is still lost and UPS still does not know where it is. I just filed a missing package report.

Please tell me how a company can misplace a 33x22x25 package in less than 12 hours.According to the scans it never even made it to LA.
