UPS is very frustrating to deal with. Two important packages were express shipped to me.
Instead of delivering them on schedule, UPS decided to hold the delivery. Apparently, this was done at MY request - and I (the receiver) told them that I would prefer to have the packages delivered one day later.
Needless to say, a phone call to UPS 'customer service' was unproductive, providing no useful information and actually serving to frustrate me more that the actual late delivery. If you want to receive your packages on time - I would suggest selecting a more reliable delivery service.
