expecting a package so I checked tracking info at 1041am ands saw that it was delivered to my front door just 4 min prior at1037am.went outside and there was no package.

I waited a couple hours then called UPS and they contacted the driver who said that it was delivered correctly. customer service stated that they would send the driver back to verify that he did indeed deliver it to the correct address.

the next day I called again and was told that the driver returned to the address and that he confirms it was delivered to my address.about an hour later a neighbor from down the block brought my package that had been delivered to his house by mistake.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

I didn't like: Driver lied about delivery attempt, Lack of response regarding package loss during delivery.
