I shipped a package from Tennessee to California. On the day after deliver day, the carrier called me asked told me that my package was damaged and discarded.

I called customer service and they said they will investigate and let me know. After few days I called back, damage department told me that the company policy is that they can discard customer package if it is damage. This is the first time I heard about this policy.

The package is 45 lbs and most were new cloths and dry stuffs.

I can not believe UPS a well known company would do this to customer. I will pursuit further if they don't solve this issue.

Reason of review: my 45 lbs Package was discarded.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
