WHEN I RECEIVED MY HOT TUB COVER THE BOX WAS DAMAGED. WHEN I MENTIONED

THIS TO THE DRIVER HE SAID NOT TO WORRY UPS WOULD TAKE CARE OF ANY

DAMAGES IF THERE WERE ANY. I SIGNED THE DELIVERY PAPER AND THERE WAS

NOTHING ON IT ABOUT RELEASING THEM FROM DAMAGE. THE DRIVER WAS IN A

HURRY AS HE WAS RUNNING LATE SO I TRUSTED HIM. UPON OPENING THE COVER THERE WAS A TEAR IN THE COVER. WHEN I SUBMITTED MY CLAIM THEY SAID TO BAD. NEVER TRUST UPS----IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED OPEN IT UP NO MATTER

IF IT MAKES THE DRIVER "RUN LATE" FROM NOW ON I WILL TRY TO USE OTHER

SERVICES AND ALSO INFORM ANYONE THAT ASKS DO NO USE UPS.....

Monetary Loss: $300.
