Packages contsantly being damaged.lost product, time, and revenue, constantly....UPS just cannot compete with the USPS or FEDX in Texas for on time, non damaged delivery.

i am a busy groomer and count on my supplies arriving on time and undamaged...they seldom do!!!

i HATE UPS!!!

i have taken the time to monitor tracking records, and either UPS lies about where and when the parcels are being damaged or Texas has a serious problem!either way, UPS can never make up to me the lost time, revenue and future business lost because of their inability to fulfill their function as a shipper!!

Monetary Loss: $1000.
