UPS customer service said I can pick up package Sat in Fife WA. Came Sat , CLOSED, looked at tracking said it is at UPS in FIFE.

Came again Jan 2nd to pick up. Lady in front was clueless, possible cramps ? Told me her UPS Customer Service don't have a clue and blamed me for not coming earlier, which I did. Anyways just checked tracking again and they shipped my package back after few hours of me leaving.

Talk about boiling point.

Called Customer service and they were super sweet saying I will be contacted right away. it's been over a week.First and last time I would consider UPS, specially FIFE, WA.WOW
