in 2014 a supplier used them to ship goods to me from China and they asked for payment of amounts from customs that were unreasonable to release the goods in Kenya.I asked them to review the amounts with customs as they did not make sense and they never responded so I used asked the supplier to re-ship the goods using a another courier and I received the goods without any issues.
In 2017 a supplier used them to ship goods to me from Poland and they asked for an unreasonable payment from customs to release goods. I asked them to review with customs and had to follow up several times. Finally they reviewed and adjusted the amounts for which I paid them and the goods were released.
However I found out that I was overcharged (they paid less to customs than what they charged me).After two weeks of following up continuously the amount that was overcharged was refunded.

Preferred solution: Leave East Africa so others who want to provide better service can provide it.
