Sent two packages for delivery from North Carolina to New Jersey on December 15, 2017. Paid extra for a "signature upon delivery," for a total cost of over $30.00 in delivery charges.
Packages never reached their destination via UPS delivery. Complained to my UPS store and requested a refund for undelivered packages. I'm still waiting for the delivery of my packages or a refund for my delivery charges. So far neither has occurred.
To this day there has been no notification from UPS that packages were lost and/or undeliverable. It has been over five weeks and between both packages a total of $300.00 worth of Visa gift cards have been sent and not delivered or acknowledged as lost by UPS.
