I was supposed to receive two packages, one on 02/04 and another on 02/05. Well it snowed on 02/04.

I understand we have emergencies. From that day, everyday the status says the package is out for delivery and at the end of the day the status is updated as couldn't deliver because of emergency situation beyond UPS control. It is 02/10 today and I didn't receive the package. They are piece of ***.

We pay for service not to be treated in this way. When I call customer service, all they can do is to just track it, that's all.

I repeatedly asked them to make a note so that driver makes sure he delivers package the next business day but screw it, they are not willing to do it. *** company, I wish I had a better option.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Delivery Service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

I had a similar issue. Shipped a package off Monday feb.

10. New Orleans to Houston. It did not get there and I was told it was held up due to the weather. There was no freeze here or bad weather.

Send it ground and it is somehow now in Mesquite, Tx. Which is near Dallas.

4 days later and it somehow went to the wrong city. Never again will I use them!
