Out 300 after UPS claims department says that it isn't their fault I only got 1 of the 5 games I was supposed to get. UPS is a terrible company that the only way you will get your money back from their loss is take them to court.

Another time they lost a game I was shipping, I called them after a month they said it wasn't scanned so they couldn't refund me.

3 months later the game is delivered the person doesn't want anymore UPS wouldn't refund the shipping cost or give me return shipping. Use USPS, Fed ex anything else

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
