Out 300 after UPS claims department says that it isn't their fault I only got 1 of the 5 games I was supposed to get.UPS is a terrible company that the only way you will get your money back from their loss is take them to court.

Another time they lost a game I was shipping, I called them after a month they said it wasn't scanned so they couldn't refund me.

3 months later the game is delivered the person doesn't want anymore UPS wouldn't refund the shipping cost or give me return shipping.Use USPS, Fed ex anything else

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
