The last couple of packages have had real problems.One pack was open and a game went missing.

Second package lost. Third was to be delivered Monday then Tuesday now Wednesday. IT'S NOT EVEN THE HOLIDAYS YET. I haven't used UPS in a long time to send packages but I have no control when the sender uses them.

I always ship FEDEX.

I think they are better because they do not deliberately hold ground packages for three days.WATCH check UPS if they have the package at the hub and it can be delivered early they almost always delay it until the three days have gone by.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Thier answers.
