UPS put a box on my porch on 7/11/14 that was busted open so badly that I am sure parts are missing. I have to return the package as I know items are missing from the package due to it being open.

It looks as if UPS messed it up with getting it from the loading dock. I am pissed because of the neglect on UPS' part in caring for something that a customer has purchased. What if it was their delivery???

This could have been avoided and now I have to wait to have this picked up and a new shipment delivered. UPS promised to call back on 7/11/14 and didn't.

Monetary Loss: $350.

Is there a reason (other than being a drama queen) in that you can't actually check to see if parts are missing before sending it back? Is it a super deluxe 10,000 piece jigsaw puzzle?
