My package lost between the access point and the UPS truck, when I went to access point they said it is not with us because we refused it due to large size, then I found UPS car in our area and asked them about my shipment, he said it is not available with me. The delay of receiving the package till now is 7days

I ordered a phone for christmas gift and it was shipped 28th december. UPShit tracking told me it will be delivered 31st december and signature required, waited whole day and no package. Called UPShit again and was told it will be there next day. TUESDAY A LADY CALLED *** the delivery guy is 2 hours away and wanted to confirm my address. 630 pm no package , check UPshit tracking and it said package change delivery address. What? Called costumer shitvice of UPSHIT and lady said it will be delivered in 1 to 2 days because i changed delivery address. What a *** I hate UPShit.

Bad experience with UPS

I prefer never ever go with UPS again. They have kept the package with them from past one week. They didn't attempt to deliver at least once in a week time. Daily they are updating the tracking as "out For Delivery" but never delivered. very poor and pathetic UPS. When called customer care they cut the call in middle of discussion. I believe now that they have bad network , staff and infrastructure. They even deleted the tracking messages dec 14th . they are bluffing that they didn't update anything. good that I have taken screenshot of tracking messages. i told them I have screenshots then they agreed.

Avoid UPS

We have been making changes to our dining area and have ordered a bar cabinet and new area rug for this part of our house. They were both misdelivered by UPS. Both to different addresses on our street even though both parcels were clearly labelled with the correct address. Trying to get some help proved fruitless. The dispatcher yesterday suggested I go get it myself. I am 64 years old with heart issues and the ungainly package weighs in at 44 pounds. My husband is 12 years older with greater health concerns. We bought the rug from Lowes and when I contacted them the nastiness I endured from that customer service rep was appalling. He should be fired! I am boycotting any business that is based in the US. Since the 2008 downturn they think that customers grow on trees!

For the last 3 weeks I've been getting my packages delayed and they give made up excuses like a derailed train in Phoenix . Come on ups ships by airplane.

I figured out what they're doing they are holding my packages and bundling them together to save them money.

I pay them good money to get my packages on time they can't deliver. Seems like ups is going down hill what a shame

this is a terrible delivery service. all they do is lie and make us frustrated. customer service is even worse. i am not surprised to see 4 thousand plus complaints with only 12 resolved. very shady company. bunch of lying sons of ***. my company will never ever use this low life delivery service again. alot of these complaints are to do with Rogers. SHAME ON YOU ROGERS FOR LETTING YOUR CUSTOMERS DOWN BY USING THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY. YOU ARE WHO YOU DEAL WITH.
