you are really going overboard with the"exuded prejudice and discrimination" and "class action lawsuit" stuff. Calm down, have a cuppa tea and then contact your local or county sheriff's office and ask them--politely, what can be done.

The UPS drivers are trying to deliver packages quickly. If your road is not posted for a speed limit, ask your county road commission what can be done to get it posted for a low speed, etc.

Complaining to UPS is a waste of time---they get complaints all the time for various things. Your best bet is the road commission and the local police who can give out tickets to those who speed or drive without caution, etc.

UPS - Threw my shipment into a ditch
Caledon Ontario Feb 8 2019 mid day 1ZAA69602032877819 Received email advising package delivered. Instructions: leave parcel on front porch. Couldn't find. Had to call customer service. 20 minutes. They told me parcel was at driveway and street, 300 feet from house. Found package in ditch. Have photos. Paid $18 for this delivery. Meanwhile Amazon delivers free and nicely places package on front porch. This is inexcusable.

My package lost between the access point and the UPS truck, when I went to access point they said it is not with us because we refused it due to large size, then I found UPS car in our area and asked them about my shipment, he said it is not available with me. I ordered a phone for christmas gift and it was shipped 28th december. UPShit tracking told me it will be delivered 31st december and signature required, waited whole day and no package. Called UPShit again and was told it will be there next day. TUESDAY A LADY CALLED *** the delivery guy is 2 hours away and wanted to confirm my address. 630 pm no package , check UPshit tracking and it said package change delivery address. What? Called costumer shitvice of UPSHIT and lady said it will be delivered in 1 to 2 days because i changed delivery address. What a *** I hate UPShit.

UPS in Mississauga, Ontario - Terrible customer service

Three days (so far) of trying to find a lost package, they keep telling me they will call me back and they do not. I am currently on hold trying to speak to a manager.
