3 boxes from Co where sent the same time by UPS.I got one box, checked tracking the other 2 boxes are in Kansas.
They misrouted 2 out of 3 boxes. All they can say is i am sorry, we will get them to you. They dont mention they would refund my $15.90 for boxes I did not get , but will get like a week later. Useless, everyone use FEDEX, do not use UPS, I will never use UPS again.
They have no excuse just that a employee scanned 2 of the 3 packages wrong.Also their customer service is horrible.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $16.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
