I placed an order online and was giving a UPS tracking number.I punch in my tracking number online and it says its already in Fort McMurray, So I call the UPS company.
Online it still tells me my parcel will not be delivered until Aug 7, which is 10 days longer and its already where I live?? this makes no sense! The lady on the phone at UPS was so rude and spoke to me like I was an ***. Telling me that I need to go by whats posted online.
Nowhere online did it tell me item in transit or any information about it. Only thing posted was fort mcmurray.
I Will never ship UPS again.Canada Post is so much friendlier, and their online services make much more sense and provide an accurate delivery time.
Monetary Loss: $150.
