Third time I receive my package late. I pay extra to get my *** package here on time and this is what I get?

Two day delivery takes three days, my package is here in town, in their warehouse but not on the delivery truck. THIRD *** TIME!!!! yes, i am pissed off, it was an urgent package for my grandchildren that visited me from Argentina, it was their presents. Now they don't have the presents and I have 3 useless things that I cannot use.

GFY (GO FU*K YOURSELF) UPS, hard. I called Amazon, they refunded 20 dollars to my account even tho it wasn't their fault. I tried contacting UPS, no humans work there, just automated answering machines. The UPS store here in my town sucks even more, the people there are idiots (not just my words but everyone knows it), i don't know how the manager runs his employees but someone needs to come down and set them straight!

It's packaging, not even, it's just forwarding, simple easy task, and they cannot do it. I am beyond pissed.

Monetary Loss: $80.
