As a service industry, how can a company with such bad service attitude?
First, Came to my appartment, never try best to find my name on the list in front of the lobby door, just left without anynotice, i might not be know i have a package arrived if i didn't track online.
Second, aften then, i contacted the online chat, someone just replyed me with the attitude just like all fault is mine, without any patient. I told them if they cannot resent me today, i can pick up by myself as this is a hurry package for me. They only answered me "No", oh,come on, why other express can pick up on the same day? If it is so, couldn't you be nice to chat with me?
Last, when i called the location, the staff just hanged up my call impolitely.
I WILL NEVER AND EVER USE UPS AGAIN!
