Thanks for returning my package to my sender after 2 attempts (with very poorly provided notice). Maybe you guys should work on getting things together because when I call customer service to reach the automated tracking system, you say a third attempt will be made the next day, yet you go on to post on your website that you've already made three and it is on their way back to the sender.

And your customer service "agents" have no customer service skills at all because all they say is "it's out of our hands. there's nothing we can do". Well, if you f'ed up doing your job, I think you should take full responsibility of your actions. And learn to apologize before a customer says "I'm going to file a complaint".

It makes yourselves look a tad bit better, not that it would make a difference. In case I missed my point, YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST.
