Every time I deal with customer support and I reach that 1 individual who is a veteran and knows what's going on it becomes clear. Everyone else I talked to says *** even if they are unsure.

Therefore misleading me and giving me false information. You make your company look terrible and are the reason I will never ship with UPS again.

You're only as strong as your weakest link and UPS you're a withering blade of grass.

I also find it odd that my package is involved in a train derailment , you confirmed this, and you feel no responsibility to pay the claim.

It's also funny that the man at the store asked me if I wanted insurance and now I'm being told I was just paying to declare how much my package was worth.

Monetary Loss: $1600.
