I've been fighting with UPS about packages not being delivered when they were scheduled since I opened my business 3 years ago. This morning was the 3rd time I've spoken with a supervisor because the driver posted that my store was closed on Monday as a the reason for not delivering my package.

They can't seem to fix that note in their system and I'm sick of it. The supervisor today told me my package was never on the truck and it couldn't be retrieved from the trailor. She was no help and I waited on hold for almost an hour to make the report.

I've had many other issues, but this was the last straw. I'm paying extra for Fedex delivery from now on.
