As the recipient of packages you apparently have no rights. The local UPS office

repeatedly leaves packages at the wrong location (usually the right numeric address

but the wrong street). Attempting to contact any local representative is futile.

Calling the 800 number results in being told that only the shipper can file a claim.

Asking for a local phone number results in being told that those are private internal

numbers not available to customers. In addition, their poor voice recognition system

for the 800 number is very frustrating. I imagine most people are in pretty bad mood

by the time they reach a human.

Attempting to file a complaint on the internet means having to setup an account with

UPS and agreeing to a long agreement that takes a lawyer to understand. No thanks...

Of course. They're the ones who paid UPS to ship it.
