I have a package with my meds shippied overnight with a delivery of 8:30am in Edmonton, AB, Canada.

Here I am at the UPS store, waiting... package is not showing as arrived or delivered.

I paid a premium price with a guaranteed delivery by 8:30am.

Yet Again I am disapointed.

The point is UPS is selling a service they apparantly cannot deliver on or even as i see it have the ability to do so. in most places around the world this is called fraud.

How do you get your money back that you paid UPS? How do you get them to take responsibility for their poor service?

Only the shipper can get a refund to their account or (if you're lucky a check) the recipient can't get a refund from UPS.
