Two parcels were sent via UPS on December 7, 2015, to date the 30th delivery has not been made. In addition one parcel arrived without proper documentation and this delayed customs clearance.
UPS took no responsibility for the problem.
I would not use this company again and complaining about their incompetence is of no use as they take no responsibility. I complained to the head office, I called UPS Trinidad and I had to make numerous local and overseas calls to sort it out.
