UPS are an absolute disgrace. My parcel was due for delivery on January 2nd 2018.

Here we are January 15th and still no package. • Checked their tracking online and it stated due severe weather delay. • Checked again and the same message even though the weather was OK. • Managed to get someone to phone back (a miracle!) it took several calls via The Philippines Call Centre.

• The phone back person in Canada said the delay was due to outstanding customs fees. They were paid as soon as we received the invoice 2 weeks previously on 28th December 2017.) I was told they package would be delivered next day. • No package! • Online tracking stated severe weather delay….not true.

It was snowing but roads were clear. • Still no package. Checked the website which stated severe weather still. Called to The Philippines again and was told someone would call back by • 10:00….no call.

• Called to the The Philippines and was told package would be delivered next day (not mentioned on the on-line tracking.) • Told the call centre whatever happens NOT to send the package back to the USA • Still waiting on call backs! Will never use UPS again. The experience was enormously frustrating and annoying.

Absolute incompetence and no way to be able to speak to someone locally. Customer Centre not open until 4pm….go figure!

I didn't like: Bad communication within ups, Can not deliver a package.
