T-Mobile shipped my iPhone 6 as an overnight shipping and it was supposed to come on Friday at noon. No one showed up on friday, so we thought they would come on Saturday, after waiting for 3 hours at home, we left figuring they won't show up.

They arrived while we were gone, and then said that we can't pick up the phone for 3 more days.

So *** considering it was supposed to be at my house on friday at noon, and they refused to show up, and we paid extra for an overnight shipping. UPS needs to figure their system out.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
