Package due today was marked office closed, deliver after holiday.I was at the office during the time they "attempted" to deliver.

After 4 phone calls, no call back, went to terminal. Finally was told this is a tool they use before holidays to lighten the workload. Their phone center in Asia has no authority to do anything except send text messages, so it is useless to resolve any delivery issues. This also happen to me on Good Friday.

They said the office was closed, but it was open all day.

The packages are still in the storage trailer, they never made it to the truck, and the manager says it's okay to mark as office closed.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of ups delivery service from Ups. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Ups to "termination of whomever authorized to make recipient as close, so won't have to deliver".

The most disappointing in user's experience was nobody takes responsibility. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
