UPS tries to save money by scheduling deliveries and pickups in their best interest. Deliver to my business some days by 11 am, the next day 2:30 pm.

Today it's 4 AND STILL NO SHOW. TRACKING INFO is a JOKE. On truck scheduled delivery by closing. You could set your your clock by UPS deliveries and pickups in past.

Logistics is a fancy way of saying SCREW THE CUSTOMER and try to make shareholders an extra nickel. There actions cost them a $120,000 account in 2010.

UPS was once in it for customer service, now it's greed like all large companies. Profit is the bottom line not customer satisfaction.

UPS-Undeniable Poor Service
