UPS FREIGHT IS SUPPOSE TO SET AN APPOINTMENT PRIOR DELIVERY.BUT THEY DON'T EVEN CALL TO SET AN APPOINTMENT, UNTIL 6-7PM THE DAY OF DELIVERY.

THEN WHILE CALLING BACK 2 MINUTES AFTER, THEY SAID THAT THERE IS NO ONE THERE, THEY ARE CLOSED! THEN THEY TELL ME I NEED TO CALL THEM TO SET AN APPOINTMENT!

HOW DOES THAT MAKES SENSE? UPS IS SHIPPING SOMETHING TO ME, AND THEN TELLS ME I NEED TO CALL THEM TO SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR DELIVERY??????

AND THEY DON'T EVEN CALL ME UNTIL THEY ARE CLOSED ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY TO TRY AND SET APPOINTMENT???AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS I NEED TO CALL AND THAT ITS MY FAULT THEY COULD NOT SET APPOINTMENT!

IVE ALREADY TOLD THEM 2 TIMES PRIOR TO THIS INCIDENT THAT THEY DO THIS, AND THEY STILL PROCEED LIKE THIS!
