What a terrible company, even with an account, UPS has multiple divisions and you are bounced around to multiple people (when they don't hang up on you "accidentally") and it is a miracle to get any problems solved. NEVER USE UPS.

UPS jacks up your charges and it's up to you to fight them almost every single time and almost never win due to some "change in policy".

This company is CORRUPT, STAY AWAY. Our company has also signed up at UPS to be our USA/CANADA broker and again even with pre-prepared and emailed paperwork prior to the shipment arriving at the boarder it was still messed up as no divisions communicate with each other.
