No business owner or manager should yell at or bully his employees or customer's.

In this store over the last few years I watched you sabotage de-edifying, use harassing statements to your employees: Are you blind, you need to have your glasses checked, are you deaf, are you ***, are you a ***, are you incompetent. Pushing your employee off the cash registers and your constant tantrums and total ignoring questions asked to you by your employee. Constant slander, constant threats, constant hostile action on someone in retribution for something.

I have also noticed you yell at customers over the $2.00 print fee when they complain about the cost when they are wanting to print a prepaid shipping label. by far the worst problem I have seen is over diming written estimates and pocking the extra fees when you put the item in a smaller shipping package. Over all you extra dim most packages customer's bring into your shipping store which makes the shipping fee's higher.

Any person that excessive micromanager that scrutinizes work and constantly looking for any type of error and to point it out to try to demonstrate some type of incompetence. In my opinion only this type of behavior shows the outward signs of Borderline Personality Disorder and clearly demonstrates the common co-occurrence of Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
