We knew a package was coming and so were waiting all day.Never went out.
Most of that time we were at the front of the house. We left the front of the house for only a couple of minutes and came back to a note on the door. We opened the door in time to see the UPS truck pull away. There was no knock and no ringing of the door bell.
When we called at 3:18 to complain their automated system said that they tried to deliver the package at 3:15. When we got a person they didn't believe us.
My opinion is that UPS trains their drivers to not ring the door bell because their is more benefit in the time saved than they lose by complaints like this one.
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to have the product delivered as the author lost $50. This person is overall dissatisfied with Ups. The most disappointing about delivery crew at Ups was did not believe us Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
