I understand they are busy delivering Christmas gifts. But I paid for next day delivery & that is what I expect to get.
Now today, four days after original delivery date, they say package out for delivery. Well, they said that yesterday & the day before that and so on. I have called, again, 4 straight days in a row and still no package. On tracking, it says "receiver requested a hold for a future delivery date' I NEVER did such!!!
Why would I pay for next day shipping if I wanted it 4 days later? I wouldn't & didn't. I will request anything I order to be delivered by FedEx from now on. I am very disappointed in UPS.
This is really annoying! Thanks for nothing uPS.
Monetary Loss: $200.
