we shipped a package to our customer on Friday 6/5/15 by NEXT DAY AIR SATURDAY(6/6/15) never showed arrived at it's destination. called customer service and after giving the tracking number, I was informed that the package was shipped late.

Now our customer WILL NOT receive the package until Tuesday(6/8/15).

This morning I called ups and was told that the package is in Tucson,AZ but still on the trailer and will not be sorted out until the end of the day. What the *** is the sense of having a ups record book, labels if YOU are not going to follow through with the service we requested from you.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Service.
