we shipped a package to our customer on Friday 6/5/15 by NEXT DAY AIR SATURDAY(6/6/15) never showed arrived at it's destination.called customer service and after giving the tracking number, I was informed that the package was shipped late.

Now our customer WILL NOT receive the package until Tuesday(6/8/15).

This morning I called ups and was told that the package is in Tucson,AZ but still on the trailer and will not be sorted out until the end of the day.What the *** is the sense of having a ups record book, labels if YOU are not going to follow through with the service we requested from you.

This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to have the product delivered as the author lost $1000. This person is overall dissatisfied with Ups. The most disappointing about next day shipping at Ups was service Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
