I go to the UPS Store # 4962 in Bay Ridge at 9322 3rd Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11209. I have regularly witnessed this Asian woman owner abuse her staff & customers; in fact, no one works there for long. This owner OVERCHARGES on all transactions. She also spies on her employees & customers remotely from her home & engages in price-gauging & OVER-PRICING RIP-OFF TACTICS ON LARGE PACKAGES this way. That is, if she does not agree with the price being charged, she immediately phones the staff member to raise the price which is despicable. I have seen her do this on numerous occasions. Well, today, she did not get away with verbally abusing me & telling me nastily "to move my stuff away from her counter" after I spent a lot of money and was now organizing a fax & copies I had just paid for. She picked up her phone to call the police -- this after I told her I would not be spoken to disrespectfully while moving my things. Then, the bully that she is, she opened the front door and said, "get out" after I told her she was just upset because I (a customer who spends a fortune there) had the guts to confront her. This woman is an obnoxious thief and needs to be stopped and I also informed her that all of the neighbors despise her and wish she would just get out of the neighborhood.

UPS delivery hours are awful and the UPS people should go back to Kindergarten since, apparently, they do not know their numbers. When my package STILL did not arrive, I scheduled for a re-delivery and stayed home the ENTIRE day waiting for the guy to show up. Of course, NO ONE showed up and I had to track my package online. But the guy wrote down the wrong tracking number (illegibly, I might add since I spent half an hour trying to decipher the chicken scratch) so I could not find my package, as "no such tracking number exists". In the end, I've never received my package and received a refund for my item. Then for my second package, I missed the guy by an hour and had to pick it up at a UPS Access Point, 1440 Ralph Ave, like it said on the delivery slip. I went to this location, only to find out it was a construction zone. When I went online to confirm the address, I found out it was NOT 1440 Ralph Ave, but 1940 Ralph Ave. How THE *** does someone mess up a "9" with a "4"?!? Horrible, simply idiotic these people. (I wish I had the other slip too, so I can show the chicken scratch tracking number, but I threw it away in frustration a month ago.)

Whoever was my delivery driver says they delivered my package & actually it was never delivered . I've been home all day waiting and then I receive email that they delivered but never did . I call Ups and they transfer me to another person then another until I'm finally get disconnected and you call back and go through same thing

UPS - Poor Quality Customer Service At Foster Ave. Brooklyn Facility

His name is Roger and he repeatedly requires me to show ID just for dropping off a package with a prepaid label. I have a problem with him every time I go to the facility just to drop off a package! Why? I ask if I can just drop off the package at a UPS box drop. So he tells me to do so. When I complain to see a manager, he tells me to please call customer service and file a complaint! Why the fuss when my nephew goes in to drop off a package for me at the same facility, and no one asks him for ID. Also, after the last incident I went to the mall to finish my Christmas shopping. When I saw a UPS man there, I asked him could he take the same package for me. He politely said yes. And, no ID was asked for! At the mall no less! Also, at another facility, my grandson went in to drop off another return package, and he wasn't asked to show ID. Ok, he's only 12 and was given a receipt! The point is yes ID is required for pick up service sand for pay and weigh servicics, not for DROP OFF services! Why the fuss? Is it just an individual case of an over exuberant worker? Or, is it the cause of something else having to do with something more suspicious like "preferential treatment for some, but NOT for others. It's really irritating to know that in this day of prompt and polite service to the public and for the public with follow up surveys that this is individual not only requires my ID just to drop off a prepaid package when my ID is in the car on the next block. Left there by me for my security reasons. Also, with arthritic feet, why should I be asked to do any extra walking or just anything else just to satisfy this individual's special requirements? Seriously, this individual named ROGER needs some serious retraining or some redirecting to another job description or perhaps just replacement by one of his coworkers who told me some people have to define themselves by their own idiosynchrocies. Again, his name is ROGER, and he works at the Foster Ave. facility in Brooklyn. Beware if you're not on his preferential list of preferred customers! So, I'm left at my discretion to be serviced at a more useful site like at the mall which is a far more pleasant experience. And to you ROGER, Happy Job Retraining or Just Happy Job Hunting!

Considering not using UPS ever again.

I was expecting two deliveries from UPS yesterday. I left a note on my front door for UPS. The note read as follows: U P S I AM UPSTAIRS MY DOOR BELL DOES NOT WORK BANG ON THE DOOR OR CALL ME: A phone number was provided The first delivery came and was dropped on my front door. That package was brought in by my neighbor. As I was going to my front door to check on the second package I saw the UPS guy leaving my premises and then I saw the notice. I called out to him. He did not stop. A passerby on the street called out to him, and he did not stop. I immediately called UPS and of course they were no help at all. Claimed they did not know how reach the driver to have him come back.

Awful! Had my phone shipped to me by next morning early delivery. They 'forgot 'to ship it. Then truck broke down. Finally got my package TWO days late. Had to stay on top of them the entire time - nobody bothered to notify me or fix it till I insisted. Then they claimed to open a case to refund the payment - and over a month later claimed there was no case. I am disgusted w the way they shuffled me btwn shipping store and company. They cost me two days of photos and stress on a vacation. Not to mention overcharged completely - two day delivery costs much less than one night!

The package was delivered to my house on 11/2/15, but was sent back since nobody was home. The second time around, UPS claims that the package was delivered on 11/3/15 and was left at the garage.. even though I don't have a garage. I looked all around my backyard (which is filled with junk, so I'm sure they wouldn't just toss it in there) and the package was nowhere to be found. I asked my next door neighbor and she hasn't received anything. There's no other information of this package's whereabouts, other than it being left in the garage. This is not the first time this happened to me. About two years ago I was expecting a package that I did not receive at all. Come to find out several months later, after giving up, it was delivered to my neighbor's house. Seems like UPS has a record for screwing up people's orders.
